New Interactive Course Format

This two-hour class supports teachers and childcare providers who work with preschool-aged dual language learners. It includes information about the culture and language acquisition in general, some common myths about dual language learners, the stages of learning a second language, and the advantages of being bilingual. Additionally, it describes many tips and strategies to support dual language learners in the group learning environment and communicates with parents whose English language proficiency may be limited.
